Metric units
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

90g Butter
185g Sugar
4 Eggs
125g Flour
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
2 Level Teaspoons Baking Powder
I Dessertspoon Raspberry Jam
-- topping
1 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Dessertspoon Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Boiling Water

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 195 - 205 C

Instructions:

Melt butter and cocoa mix together
put all ingredients except Baking Powder into bowl
beat for 5 min or until very smooth.
Add Baking Powder and mix.
Pour into greased cake tin
Bake for 30min and 195 - 205 degrees C
Cut in half
fill with Raspberry Jam and Cream
Mix topping ingredients in separate bowl

Grilled Cheesy Breakfast Sandwiches
Description: My Favorite dish since I was a kid... ENJOY!
Serving Size: 2 Sandwiches

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

5 eggs
4 slices bread
2+ slices cheese (I prefer to mix Pepper Jack & Provolone)
Sausage
Bacon
Cinnamon
Syrup

Instructions:

Whisk 2 eggs with cinnamon in a bowl.
Whisk other 3 eggs in another bowl and add to a skillet.
Once semi set add cooked sausage and cheese then flip like an omelet.
Fry until set.
Cut in half and set aside.
Coat bread with egg mixture that you had set aside. Add 2 coated slices to skillet.
Once set on 1st side, flip.
Top with bacon, sausage patties, cheese, 1/2 of fried egg, and other piece of bread.
Repeat with second sandwich.
Serve warm with Syrup.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Description: US Measurements
Time: 15
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
1 cup mashed banana
3 cups rolled oats

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400F

Instructions:

Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender.
Add egg and banana, then oats.
Mix until well blended.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Description: It's easy and fast. Enjoy it. Its very low if any fat. So it's good to eat.
Time: 40 minutes
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 box angelfood cake mix

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F
Spray bottom of cake pan
Note: Not sure if it's angelfood cake pan or regular cake pan

Instructions:

Spray bottom of can (presumable PAM or similar)
Pour cake mix into pan
Pour can of pineapple into pan
Mix well (in pan)
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes

Crunchy New Potatoes
Description: Crunchy New Potatoes Fast Easy and Yummy!
How about a 'veggie' dish/recipe to go with that meat?
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

12 small new red potatoes (or you could use the white ones too! but use SMALL ones ==== tastes better)
1 (0.4-ounce) package ranch dressing mix (recommended: Hidden Valley Original Ranch Buttermilk Recipe)
2 cups crushed cornflakes
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 F

Cooking time in two parts - 20 - 25 minutes boiling and 20 - 25 minutes baking.

Instructions:

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain the potatoes, let cool slightly, and then peel.
Mix the dressing mix and the cornflakes in a bowl.
Dip the potatoes in melted butter, and then roll them in the cornflake mixture.
Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Pineapple Banana Bread
Description: Note: If you don't have enough banana you could add some applesauce to make up the difference.

Time: 60 - 65 minutes
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
2 tsps. vanilla extract
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups ripe mashed bananas (4-5 medium).

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F

Instructions:

In a large bowl combine the dry (first 5) ingredients.
In another bowl beat eggs oil and vanilla
Add pineapple and bananas.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Pour into two greased 8 inch x 4 inch x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing to wire racks.

Chewy cookie bars
Description: My Favorite! Delicious and an always win-win recipe!!!!
Time: 30 - 35 minutes
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

4 Eggs
2 Cups -Brown Sugar
1 Butter Bar ( 4 Ounces)
1 1/2 Cups - Flour
1 Teaspoon - Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon - Salt
1 Teaspoon - Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon - Vanilla
2 Cups - Small Raisins
1 Cup - Walnuts ( Cut in small pieces)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F

Instructions:

Mix sugar and butter.
Add eggs.
Mix flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder in a strainer
Add it and keep on mixing.
Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350 F degrees (in a rectangle or squared mold for 30 or 35 minutes.
Use the dry knife test for proper baking.
When it is cold cut squares and place them in baking cups for serving.
Don’t overcook. They are juicy and chewy.

Porcupine Meat Balls
Description: US Measurements
Serving Size: 4 people
Time: 1 1/2 hours

Ingredients:

-- Sauce
1can tomato soup 1 large can soup(tomato)
1can of water 1/4c.
catsup
3 whole tomatoes.(cut up)
1 Tbsp.chili powder 1tsp.salt
-- Meat Balls
1 lb hamburger
2eggs
1c. uncooked rice
1Tbsp.onion salt

Preparation:

Instructions:

Combine sauce ingredients
Mix meat ball incredients and make into balls
Brown meat balls slightly
Put into sauce
Simmer all 1 to1 1/2 hours .

I've translated from Italian so don't kill me if the translation is horrible or funny!!
Time: 1 hour
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

300 g bread crumb not fresh without crust
600 dl milk
100 g flour
30 g butter
100 g sugar
100 g raisins
100 g pine seed
200 g dried figs
100 g candied orange peel
2 tablespoons fennel seeds
2 whole eggs
1 pinch salt

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180C

Instructions:

Soften raisins in tepid water
Whisk the eggs
Cut the dried figs in small pieces
Cut the bread in small pieces and put into a bowl
Pour the milk and let it soak for 30 minutes.
Mix bread and milk till you’ll have an uniform mixture.
Add slowly flour, sugar, whisked eggs, butter at room temperature and all the other ingredients and mix all.
Cover with waxed paper a deep rectangular cm 20 x cm 30 baking tin and fill it with the mixture.
Cook in the preheated oven at 180° C for one hour.
Cool cake in the tin and then serve.
