Hi Amanda,
Not sure what the delay is about with mail these days but for now lets just wait awhile and see. We usually allow 6 weeks before we remake a replacement so for now ..lets wait .. @};-

Hope I'm not sticking my nose in here, but wanted to ask Amanda if you live over seas did you put "air mail" on the outside of the envelope that you used? If not it may take longer then normal for your item to arrive at your partners home.

A good question Julia
I live in the north of italy, not too far from Milan and my package had to do not a really long way to be honest
Perhaps next time it will be better ask for a different way to mail it at post office

The reason why I dont participate in exchanges- last time it took my airmailed package (for a friend's birthday, not in the exchange) two months to get to Brisbane. Imagine what the addressee would have thought of me if it had got lost completely? In 1998-2005 it used to fly there within 8 to 11 days.

Amanda, your ornament is not lost : I received it today (2 weeks after you sent it).
You chose a very beautiful design. I love it. Thank you very much.
I'll put a picture in my gallery as soon as I have done the finishing. @};-
