Some of my finished projects

Postby Nixie » Sun Apr 02, 2017 6:02 pm

This was my largest one. It cost almost $100 to frame it. I did it as a gift for a dear friend who loves butterflies.

This is the last one I was able to finish. Due to my illnesses I had to lay down my needles.

This was my first biscornu. I had fun with it.

So You can see what my work was like. I was no pro, but I could stitch a beauty now & then.

Beautiful work Nixie. It's a shame that framing is so expensive. I have a whole bag of finished pieces that are still waiting - some of them were stitched over 20 years ago and I don't see them getting done anytime soon - unless I win the lottery.

You have certainly made some beautiful projects :)
Best wishes

Nixie, a lovely selection of your work, I think you have excelled with the butterfly picture, your friend is very fortunate indeed. Well done.
