How to resize an image, to create your 'Avatar'

1. Right click on the image you want to use.
2. Open with the program 'Paint'
3. Under the HOME Tab, click on resize.
4. In the resize and skew box, place the dot in pixels, then type 100
after Horizontal, be sure there is a check mark in maintain aspect ratio.
5. Click OK
6. Save as JPEG to your desktop.
