.
I seem to have problems sending a PM.
I used Compose Message, but it did not show up as sent in Sent Messages.

I noticed that both Inbox & Oubox also have New PM links.
I have tried all 3, and none of them seem to work for me. :(

Help!

Thanks Corey for helping me solve my problem!

Deleting all board cookies,
logging out - and then logging back in again worked!

So this is the procedure:

1. Compose message
2. Message goes into Outbox and stays there till read by receiver.
Till that happens the message can still be edited.
3. After the receiver has read the message it moves to the Sent messages

I was going to ask.
What is the value in deleting all board cookies?

Is it just a cleaning practise?

Thanks in advance

Dear Team,
I have a question: how to delete the received, read and answered PMs in the inbox, please?

Thank you in advance

Just mark them in the box to the right of each message and at the bottom, there's a drop-down menu with a delete option. Use the same technique for all 3 "boxes" in your PM area.
There's no such thing as a stupid question!

I'm sorry Bea but I'm having trouble changing my password.
A BIG senior's long moment .This has happened after I cleaned and updated.

I have sent for a password and have one very long one but don't seem to get it to work in my profile..I was sure I had written down the password but it's not 'barking' at me today.

Sorry to trouble you.
